Lease Abstraction Analyst (SME) – Commercial Real Estate Services
Job Description
- Clear understanding of contractual terminologies.
- Examine and review the legal records and documentation to verify and validate lease commencement and rent commencement.
- Manage and maintain the abstract data in the relevant database.
- Initiate lease commencement and renewal schedules.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in lease abstraction for US processes like retail, office, land, and tower lease-based clients.
- Exceptional reading and comprehension skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and researching ability.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required Qualification
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in lease abstraction work, preferably in the US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) category.
