• Identify and prospect new Business – Opportunities via personalized emails, Telephonic calls, prospecting via Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Create Email Marketing and prepare strategy accordingly
• Schedule potential Client meetings thru Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn
• Client Interaction

Required Skills

• Experience in International(US) Calling is Mandatory
• Experience with interacting with clients over messages, calls, and emails.
• Able to write excellent business emails
• Command over English is a must.
• Experience in LinkedIn and other business tools will be added advantage
• Candidate will be required to Do Outbound and Inbound calls for B2B
• USA Time zones

• Any Graduates in Any Specialization
• Experience in 3 to 5 years

Job Description

• Clear understanding of contractual terminologies.
• To examine and review the legal records and documentation like lease agreement to verify and validate lease commencement and rent commencement.
• Manage and maintain the abstract data in the relevant database
• Initiate lease commencement and renewal schedule in the lease abstraction tool and keep track of period changes.
• Flag items require additional information to follow up with clients.
• Coordinates with relevant team to ensure smooth flow of work. Solve discrepancies related to complex matters.
• Closely work with the client and service providers for additional information and gathering.

Required Skills

Should have a prior experience in handling lease abstraction for a US processes like Retail, office, Land and tower lease based client.

• Should have exceptional reading and comprehending skills.
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be able to demonstrate a good analytical and researching ability.
• Should be strong organizers and good problem solvers with an ability to multi-task.
• Should be able to formulate performance metrics for the team and proactively identify potential problems
• Should be able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.

Required Qualification

• Minimum 4 – 7 Yrs of experience in lease abstraction work preferably US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) category
